1. Services Provided

Notary Now provides professional notary services, including:

  • In-person notarization (Florida only)

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) available nationwide

  • Loan and real estate document signings

  • General notarization of personal and business documents

All services are performed in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide valid, government-issued photo identification

  • Have legal capacity to sign documents

  • For online notarization, have access to a compatible device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • You understand the contents of the document being notarized

  • You are signing willingly and without coercion

  • You will not request notarization of incomplete, altered, or fraudulent documents

4. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

Notary Now is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or document preparation services. Any information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.

5. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For online notarization services:

  • Sessions may be recorded as required by law

  • Identity verification includes credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication

  • Electronic signatures and seals are legally valid under applicable laws

You consent to all required security, identity verification, and recording procedures when using RON services.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Fees vary based on service type, location, and urgency

  • All pricing is disclosed prior to appointment confirmation

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees

All sales are final once notarization is completed.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee

  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to technical issues, legal concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Notary Now shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by document misuse, rejection, or third-party actions

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Fraud, coercion, or illegal activity is suspected

  • Identification cannot be verified

  • The document violates notary laws or ethical standards

  • The signer appears unwilling or mentally incapacitated

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Notary Now and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
